CABINET OFFICE  The government's Cabinet Office supports the UK's Prime Minister to coordinate government objectives. With over a thousand employees (mainly in Whitehall), the department was set up in 1916. The main aims of the Cabinet Office are to ensure that the Civil Service is able to deliver the government's objectives, as well as coordinate the delivery of governmental operations and policies.
